The Bechtold vineyard is one of the oldest standing vineyards in California. The vines are over 125 years old and deliver some of the most sought after fruit in the state.
Saignee (bleed from crushed red fruit), minimal skin contact. Indigenous yeast, stainless steel ferment, bottled prior to malolactic.
