Our palest Pinot Gris to date, this wine is a gorgeous ivory shade that catches the light beautifully. A nose of lemon, grapefruit and white flowers with a hint of minerality lead to freshness and bright acidity on the palate. A perfectly balanced Pinot Gris with flavors of green apple would be a great pairing with ceviche or white fish.
Fermented and aged 16 months in neutral French Oak barrels.
